Andrew is an experienced PMO Specialist, Senior Project Manager and Master Planner & Scheduler who has worked in both the private and public sector
He started Lloyd & Associates to provide a simplified and competitive mechanism for other like-minded professionals wanting to continue growing as individuals, as well as expanding on their professional network to alleviate some of the stresses when having to source their next role.
Through his experience spanning business, IT and policy, he has managed PMOs, programs and projects of various sizes and complexities, of which, has enabled him to develop long term trusted relationships with an extensive network of highly skilled professionals and clients.
While his roles have been varied across many industries, as a project management professional and project management office certified practitioner, he considers his ability to adapt to the needs of any outcome as being his strongest asset.
Lisha Harb

Lisha is an experienced Master Planner & Scheduler and PMO Specialist.
Lisha’s career began in pharmaceuticals as a Research and Development technician, Regulatory Affairs advisor, and Product Development officer, transitioning later to ICT, where he established a robust project management foundation which spans various project management methodologies. His diverse skills and analytical background contribute significantly to his effective project leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of NSW, a Diploma in Applied Project Management, and is a Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM).
With his extensive experience in ICT, Education, Defence, and pharmaceutical industries, Lisha applies traditional waterfall and agile project management methodologies to plan out and manage his portfolios, programs, and projects.
With skills in software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and SharePoint, Lisha considers his speciality as his proficiency in schedule auditing, planning and creation of Integrated Master Schedules with resource and interdependency management.
